Modun Resources recognises the importance of good corporate governance. The establishment of a sound framework of corporate governance, and the implementation of the corresponding governance culture and processes is one of the primary responsibilities of the Board.
The Board is responsible for instituting a system of corporate governance that operates in the best interests of shareholders whilst also addressing the interests of other key stakeholders. The Board is committed to the principles underpinning best practice in corporate governance, applied in a manner that best addresses the Directors’ accountability to Shareholders as well as meeting the ASX standards.

Guidelines for Dealing in Securities
